No Accommodation
Upon landing at Entebbe International Airport, you’ll go through immigration. Once completed, your driver/guide will warmly welcome you as you exit the terminal. He will pick you up and transfer you to your booked accommodation, where you can relax, enjoy dinner, and settle in for an overnight stay. This time allows you to rest and prepare for your safari adventure the following day. Our driver will ensure your comfort and readiness for an unforgettable journey exploring Uganda's beautiful landscapes and wildlife.
Entebbe International Airport (Entebbe)
Start the day with breakfast, then transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your flight to Kihihi Airstrip, departing at noon. Enjoy breathtaking aerial views of Uganda’s diverse landscape, from lush highland rainforests filled with primates and exotic birds to valleys, hilltops, and papyrus swamps. Upon arrival, your driver-guide will be waiting at the airstrip to warmly welcome you and provide a brief orientation before you board your jeep for the drive to your lodge, where lunch will be served. Spend the afternoon leisurely as you prepare for the gorilla trek the following day. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (Gorillas)
Start the day with breakfast and prepare for the gorilla trek, which begins at 8:00 AM with a briefing from the UWA staff. Be sure to bring a rain jacket, drinking water, and snacks. You will then be transferred to the park headquarters, where you’ll meet other trekkers for the day. Groups are assigned based on fitness levels and interests, followed by a briefing in your designated group. Afterward, you’ll board vehicles to a common starting point for the day’s trek.
Your assigned ranger guides will lead you into the jungle to find the gorilla group you've been scheduled to visit—an encounter that ranks among the most thrilling wildlife experiences on Earth. Tracking can take between 2 to 6 hours. Once the gorillas are located, you’ll have one hour to observe them before returning. Be sure to express gratitude to the ranger guides for their excellent work. Finally, hop into your jeep and return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

You have two flight options for returning from Bwindi: a morning flight at 9:45 AM, arriving in Entebbe at 11:25 AM, or an afternoon flight departing Bwindi at 2:05 PM and arriving in Entebbe at 3:05 PM. Whichever option you choose, our guide will be ready to transfer you to the airstrip in time for your return flight from Bwindi to Entebbe, connecting to your onward journey.
