Opening on three sides to welcome the surrounding wilderness, each tent is named after wildlife that may be seen wandering past the camp and is complemented by more than 100 square metres of private wooden decking. Guests can enjoy a private meal beneath the canvas canopy, unwind in their own hot tub or simply watch the landscape and its wildlife change throughout the day.
Inside, elegant furnishings and Bushtops’ signature bedding create a refined sanctuary, while indoor and outdoor showers bring guests closer to the natural setting. For families, the Leopard and Rhino suites occupy a privileged position overlooking the camp’s renowned natural salt lick. A day at Mara Bushtops with Bush 2 City Adventure begins with an early guided walking safari through the private conservancy, discovering animal tracks, plants and the smaller details often missed from a vehicle. Back at camp, spend the middle of the day relaxing beside the infinity pool, enjoying a treatment at the Amani African Spa Village or watching wildlife gather at the natural salt lick. Mara Nyika Camp is a small, exclusive tented camp located in a quiet valley on the edge of the Maasai Mara. To maintain privacy and comfort, the camp accommodates a maximum of 14 guests at a time.
