Located within the private Loisaba Conservancy, guests at Lodo Springs enjoy exclusive wildlife viewing with experienced safari guides. The conservancy includes a mix of bushland and riverine forest and is home to elephants, Grevy’s zebras, lions, leopards, cheetahs, wild dogs, and many other species.
Additional activities available on request include guided fishing, camel safaris, mountain biking, walking safaris with local Samburu guides, and cultural visits to nearby communities. Guests may also have the opportunity to learn about the conservancy’s anti-poaching efforts.
Mutara Camp sits on a high cliff with amazing views, located north of the ancient Aberdare Forest. This forest is famous because it is where Elizabeth II became Queen over 70 years ago. To the west, you can see the snow-covered peaks of Mount Kenya.
As the only lodge in the 20,000-acre Mutara Conservancy, the camp is very private and romantic. You will see plenty of incredible wildlife while enjoying excellent personal service. With its beautiful tents and wild setting, Mutara Camp is a truly special place to stay.
The allure of Lewa Wilderness lies in its curated tapestry of experiences. Situated on the vanguard of one of Kenya’s most prestigious private conservancies, this storied estate offers a soulful, “home-away-from-home” intimacy that is increasingly elusive in the modern world.
Upon arrival, the atmosphere shifts to the warmth of a private manor. With only nine exclusive sanctuaries, privacy is paramount. Six thatched cottages are artfully tucked into the hillside overlooking the Eastern Marania Valley, while three expansive garden suites sit nestled within emerald lawns—each a masterclass in understated opulence.
We invite you to explore the wild through a sophisticated lens. Journey via silent electric safari vehicles, take to the skies in our iconic vintage bi-plane, or enjoy the raw romance of horseback safaris and fly-camping. Every moment is an invitation to connect with the earth in its most pristine state.
A stay here is as purposeful as it is luxurious, directly sustaining the pioneering conservation and community programs of the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy. This is a sanctuary with a profound heart—where guests arrive as travelers and depart as part of an enduring legacy.
Sirikoi heralds a new era of ultra-luxury, where true status is found in silence, space, and deep connection. Set within a 68,000-acre UNESCO World Heritage sanctuary, this is one of Africa’s most remote and prestigious addresses. Here, “restoration” is not just a word; it is the simple, private joy of watching ancient elephant families gather at your watering hole while you enjoy a quiet moment of reflection from your deck.
This is a realm of absolute exclusivity, where couples find profound intimacy and families forge unbreakable bonds amidst a landscape home to the world’s rarest species—from the black rhino to the majestic Grevy’s zebra. Sirikoi’s architectural elegance, featuring opulent tents and private luxury cottages, is matched only by a level of bespoke African hospitality that feels less like a hotel and more like a grand private estate. In this untamed corner of Lewa, luxury is measured by the stillness of the wild and the warmth of the people who call it home.
