They will lead you to your hotel, where you can unwind and settle in. The real excitement begins the following day with the commencement of your private jeep safari. Crafted exclusively for you, this adventure allows you to discover Tanzania's spectacular wildlife and awe-inspiring landscapes at your leisure, ensuring a truly unique and personal experience.
Enjoy a day just how you like it. Relax at the lodge, enjoying drinks by the pool with beautiful views. If you're up for some fun, check out Arusha. You can go on a city tour, ride a mountain bike for some adventure, or shop for cool stuff at a Maasai market. Plus, don't miss the coffee tour to learn about and taste Tanzania's famous coffee. It's a day of chilling out, having fun, and getting a little taste of local culture.
After an early breakfast, your driver/guide will pick you up from the hotel for a drive to Manyara National Park, with a scenic transfer back to Arusha planned afterward.
Upon reaching Lake Manyara, embark on a game drive to the andBeyond Lake Manyara Tree Lodge. The park is celebrated for its diverse habitats, tree-climbing lions, and large elephant herds, offering a rich wilderness experience over approximately 3.5 hours.
Enjoy a 2-night stay at the andBeyond Lake Manyara Tree Lodge, nestled in an elegant stilted treehouse with an ensuite bathroom, outdoor shower, and viewing deck. Included in your stay are three daily meals, beverages, scheduled safari activities, game drive refreshments, and laundry service.
Enjoy a leisurely afternoon bike ride through the vibrant Mayoka community, guided by an expert &Beyond guide. Cycle through the bustling village, meeting friendly locals and possibly encountering the nomadic Mang’ati tribe, known for their traditional animal skin cloaks, textured skirts, and colorful beads. After leaving the village, pedal along a picturesque route to the lakeshore to see bright pink flocks of flamingos.
Following dinner, embark on a night game drive from andBeyond Lake Manyara Tree Lodge, one of the few places in Tanzania where evening game drives are possible. This unique experience offers a chance to spot nocturnal predators in their natural habitat.
