Test – African Experience

We've just returned from a safari in Tanzania.  After much research, we decided to book our trip directly with Bush 2 City (B2C) Adventures.  Jackson Solomon, the Owner/Operator, provided us with a thorough and detailed plan for the 9 Day Migration Safari. Further, Jackson and his office staff were very responsive to our follow up questions and concerns via both phone and email.  You can also find  helpful YTube videos that he created on-line. Upon our arrival in Tanzania, Jackson met us at our hotel and explained further how the entire safari program was going to work.  He advised us that the next morning we would meet Aziz, our driver and guide for the duration of the adventure.  Aziz was very knowledgeable, personable and informative.  His professionalism and experience were exemplary. We would highly recommend B2C for anyone who is considering a safari experience.  We had the time of our lives!  They delivered on their promises and met or exceeded our expectations.  Give them an opportunity to explain their various safari programs.  You won't be disappointed.

We went on a 8 day safari in Tanzania with bush 2 city in September. Martha organized everything for us and answered my dozen of questions wonderfully. She explained everything very well and the hotels she chose for us were wonderful as well as the tour stops overall! Nickson as our guide along the trip, he was awesome as well! The trip was really amazing and I couldn’t recommend bush 2 city more!

Martha and Jackson at Bush to City Adventures planned and executed a perfect custom safari for our family (2 adults and 2 kids (11 and 14)! They recommended lodging to fit our budget and suggested extra cultural activities to help enrich our trip well beyond the amazing wildlife we saw. They were patient when I had many questions during the planning process and ensured the execution of the trip was flawless. They also went over and above to celebrate our sons 14th birthday while on safari. Our guide Nickson was super knowledgeable and a lot of fun to hang out with. The safari was perfect and they were less expensive than many other companies we looked into. We would definitely recommend using Bush to City for your safari adventure. You will not be disappointed!

We just came back from a 6 day safari trip with B2C and we can only say that everything was perfectly organised from the first minute to the last. We are so happy we put our trust in B2C to arrange the best experience for us in Tanzania. Starting with the communication and planning of the trip (already two years ago, since we booked the trip before COVID times) with Jackson. Back then, Jackson's proposal stood out from other companies because of a better selection of accommodations, friendlier prices and overall a very flexible and clear way of communicating that helped us customise the trip to our liking. Fast forward to the moment when we started our trip last week. We were picked up from the airport by our guide Dixon. We could not have wished for a better guide as he was such a friendly, calm and experienced guide. He was so knowledgable about the animals, answering all our questions about them, and really did his utmost to track them and find the perfect spots for us to view the animals from. He even went the extra mile for us as we raced to see a rhino (which are super rare!) in the late afternoon, on our very last day in Serengeti. A unique and beautiful experience we'll never forget! Our itinerary had one more day of safari planned, but we were eager to get to know more about the culture and people of Tanzania. Dixon proposed to do a bicycling tour on our last day in the main land of Tanzania. The perfect alternate after a few days in the jeep. B2C was quick to arrange this for us and we had so much fun doing this bike tour, with Dixon also coming along for the ride together with a local guide from the village we were touring. Would recommend if you're keen to learn more about the people and culture as well. I could go on and on, but in short: this was an experience of a lifetime that none of us will ever forget, made possible by Bush2City, Jackson and of course Dixon, who truly became a friend of our family.

During the months of Aug. and Sep.2021 we squeezed in a 21 day trip of a life time. B2C filled our African expectations beyond our imagination. Their hospitality and knowledge allowed total relaxation , and filled every day with exciting pictures and memories which will never be forgotten. Thank you Bush 2 City Adventures!

In October 2021 we completed our third safari with Bush 2 City Adventure, this time spending 15 days in Kenya. We visited Nairobi and Nairobi NP, Amboseli, Lakes Elementeita and Nakuru, and the Maasai Mara with 3 nights in the park and 3 nights in the Mara Triangle. We were originally scheduled to travel June 2020, but Covid obviously delayed the trip. Jackson was great helping us reschedule and adjust camps and dates as Covid and unreliable flight schedules continued to reek havoc with our plans. Everything went smoothly on arrival in Kenya. Jackson even met us at the airport, and with a local driver, transported us to our first hotel. All of our accommodations were superb, and our guide Antony was phenomenal - knowledgeable, keen eyes, very professional and truly interested in conservation. Antony even arranged for us to meet Dr. Elena Chelysheva of the Mara-Meru Cheetah Project at a nearby camp while we were in the Mara! We met Mama Duma!! After the safari we returned to Nairobi for one night to relax and see a little of the city, shop, get our Covid test for departure, and try some local food before we flew back to the US.
